1. Offer Overview

Customers who add two eligible items to their cart will receive one item free of charge. The lowest-priced eligible item in the cart will be automatically discounted at checkout.

2. Eligible Products

This promotion applies to all items in the Haori collection on kimonoji.com. Gift cards and all other products are excluded.

3. How the Promotion Works

To qualify for the offer:

• Add any two eligible Haori items to your cart.

• The lowest-priced item will automatically be discounted to $0 at checkout.

• No promo code is required.

4. Promotional Period

This limited-time offer is valid from 9:00 AM JST on 16/06/2026 until 9:00 AM AEST on 15/07/2026.

5. Restrictions

• Applies only to products within the Haori collection.

• Cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts.

• Valid while supplies last.

• Cannot be applied to prior purchases.

• Not available on lay-by purchases.

• Shipping fees are calculated separately.

• Kimonoji reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the promotion at its discretion.

6. Returns & Refund Adjustments

If an order placed during the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion is partially returned, refunds will be adjusted to reflect the promotional pricing structure.

The refund structure is as follows:

• Both items returned → Full refund of the total order amount.

   

• Paid item returned, free item kept → Refund equals the difference between the returned paid item's price and the free item's price. This may result in a minimal or no refund.

• Free item returned, paid item kept → No refund, as the returned item was provided free of charge. The free item is also not eligible for exchange.
  

This ensures the integrity of the promotional discount while allowing partial returns.
