it's warm and comfy. i love the rabbits and plum blossoms pattern. i also love that there are two big pockets on the sides for my phone and other small necessities i need to bring around with me while i do things around the house. the quarter sleeves are a good length for me because otherwise I'd be knocking into things with them as i'm not used to moving around in kimono. It helps keep my bad shoulder warm and less achy whenever it rains. It's well made and very practical.

The jacket is warm and comfortable, but much more puffy than expected. Makes me look a bit like a sumo wrestler. Am hoping it will unpuff with time.

I love this hanten so much, and it looks great. I live in Minnesota and it's been so cold recently, though we're up into the 20's F lately which is balmy compared to how cold it was. It can be hard even to stay warm in the house, and the fluffy, warm hanten makes a big difference.

An oversized, light puff jacket with a Japanese look; a size XL for males, and it fits comfortably. Perfect for indoor/outdoor spring temperatures while enjoying a hot cup of tea. I particularly like the wave/checkered pattern on this one. I will be looking forward to getting gifts for family from this store in the future.

Was purchased as a gift. Nice quality. Wish it was a tad smaller for an older person.

It is very poofy and extremely hot. Fabric is stiff and does not feel like cotton. I would have liked a softer fabric and less poofy batting. On a good note, very well made hanten.
